The Poland-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce is delighted to invite representatives of its member companies and other businesses to participate in the International Speed Business Mixer, which will take place on 4 November 2026 at the Regent Warsaw Hotel.
This unique networking event, organised within the community of bilateral chambers of commerce, will provide an excellent opportunity to establish new business relationships, present your company and meet potential clients, partners and suppliers from Poland and abroad.

The International Speed Business Mixer will give you an opportunity to:
- introduce yourself and present your company;
- meet potential clients, business partners and suppliers;
- exchange business cards, contacts and professional experience;
- expand your business network in Poland and international markets.
How will the event be organised?
Participants will be divided into groups of ten. Each person will have two minutes to introduce themselves and their company. After 20 minutes, participants will move to the next group according to their individual meeting schedule.
The conversations will be held in Polish and/or English. The number of groups in which each participant will have an opportunity to present their company will depend on the total number of registrations. The groups will be formed based on the information provided in the registration forms.

Participation fee
- PLIG member companies: PLN 369 gross;
- non-member companies: PLN 615 gross.

The number of places is limited, and registration is binding. In the event of a confirmed participant’s absence without prior cancellation by 29 October 2026, an invoice for the full participation fee will be issued.
